Prints
The black and white "Abstract Prints" series is a very personal project. They're created by using a paint roller and linoleum paint with a frottage technique. I started creating abstract prints in 2014 and have collected them ever since. To me, all of them tell a story. A frottage of a shoe becomes a black cat lurking in the dark of night and an art drying rack suddenly looks like a vivid bamboo jungle. The interplay of light and darkness, as well as the high contrast is what really gives life to the individual pieces and sparks the imagination. Take your time and let yourself be swept away to the far reaching, deep, dark and mysterious world of the black and white prints.
